Requesting a terminal
Log into your Brass account, go to the terminal module and click on the + icon. Fill in the necessary information. Once you have provided a request, a member of the terminal team will reach out to you to know more about your business. Approved terminals will be deployed in 24-48 business hours.
Dashboard
You have access to a terminal dashboard where you can view detailed reports on your terminal(s) on earnings and settlements. A detailed statement on transactions made can be provided as far back as you would like.
Support
Get access to support directly from your dashboard and be responded to in real-time.
POS Terminal Cost
An android POS terminal costs N20,000.
Charges
The Merchant Service Charge(MSC) is 0.4% on each transaction and there is a regulatory charge of N50 for stamp duty on transactions that are N10,000 and above.
Settlement
All transactions made are settled instantly. Payments are made directly into your Brass settlement account. This includes weekends and public holidays.
