Introduction

To do this correctly, we need to have the best people and support them to do their best work.

This has to be deliberate, in fact, we are looking for smart persons to join our Sales team to engage with our customers to ensure successful business opportunities and revenue generation.

Role

Your role will focus on promoting and selling Brass’ products. You will establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Introduce viable and profitable businesses to Brass by offering Brass’ payment solutions to prospective clients.
  • Cross-sell all Brass products to merchants/customers.
  • Provide value-adding service and an excellent customer experience to clients of the organization

About You

  • You have a strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • You are customer focused and adaptable to different personality types.
  • You have an ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • You have the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • You are empathetic and patient.
  • You have a track record of surpassing expectations
  • A previous experience in a customer support role is an advantage

Monthly Remuneration

  • Salary: N150,000
  • Airtime and Transport allowance: N50,000
